Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations:

  • Books with evident signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a designated timeframe.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted. Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We solely replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at {email address} and return your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping returns:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
