Cancellation before shipment (Valid for Orders Only):
If you wish to cancel an order or an item that has not yet been shipped, please contact Customer Service at support@petpamperingg.com.
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been properly processed.
How do I get a refund for a canceled order, and how long does this process take?
For pre-shipment cancellations, we process refunds within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.
In the case of cancellation after shipment or return of goods, the product will arrive at our warehouse. After confirmation, the refund will be processed.
If you paid by credit/debit card or internet banking, your refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. This will be done within 24-48 business hours of receipt of the item. It may take 2-3 business days for funds to appear.

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Please return if the original packaging is missing or damaged, including price tags, labels, and other accessories.
- The serial number has been tampered with.
- The product has been used or modified.
- If cancellation is initiated 15 business days after order delivery.
